On July 4, 2020, Jiashan County People's government and Outlets Group (Asia) Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation framework agreement. Hong hupeng, member of the Standing Committee of Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee and secretary of Jiashan County Party Committee, and Lin Zhuoyan, honorary chairman of the World Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and president of the Asia Pacific region of the Global Outlets Alliance, attended and witnessed the signing.
 

According to the agreement, the planned “Outlets Industrial Base” project will be constructed step by step according to the short-term, medium-term and long-term development objectives, use the new retail operation idea based on e-commerce, develop a new ecological business model combining "online mall + offline service experience + behavioral value sharing" of outlets, and integrate the global outlets industrial chain resources, create a new driving force for Jiashan regional economic development.
 

Hong hupeng said that the "Jiashan window" of the "double demonstration" is a window of opportunity to grasp the national strategies, an open window to integrate the ancient and modern China and the west, a window of dreams to build great beauty, and a window of innovation to gather talents all over the world. Jiashan is writing a new chapter of high-quality development and a bright future of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. This signing is the beginning of bilateral cooperation. I believe that under the same starting point, we can foresee the "good play" in the later stage.

Lin Zhuoyan hopes that the two sides will continue to enhance exchanges and friendship and expand areas of cooperation in future cooperation. He said that the Global Outlets Alliance will give all-round business guidance and operation support to the "Outlets Industrial Base" project to be developed and constructed.
